One of the most popular tweaks available through Misaka is AppCC. This tweak, which leverages KFD and MDC exploits compatible with iOS 15 and iOS 16, empowers you to seamlessly replace the Magnification module in your Control Center with a shortcut to any app installed on your device, all without the need to jailbreak your device.

What is AppCC?

AppCC is a Misaka tweak that empowers you to seamlessly swap out the Magnification module in your Control Center with a convenient shortcut to any application installed on your iPhone. It comes with a selection of preset applications for your convenience, but it also offers the flexibility to input a custom Bundle ID for any app currently installed on your device.

To install AppCC, you can easily do so by visiting the Misaka Tweak Manager and downloading it. After installation, access the tweak's preferences in the packages tab. From there, you can select an app to launch directly from the Control Center whenever you need it, or you can define a specific Bundle ID for alternative apps like AppCommander, Applndex, Filza, or Santander.

Prior to configuring the AppCC tweak, it's essential to verify that the Magnifier feature is activated in your Control Center. You can accomplish this by opening the Settings app, then accessing the Control Centre section, and finally, ensuring that the Magnifier module is turned on. This step is crucial to ensure a smooth setup of the AppCC tweak.

To access a variety of options, including the Advanced Settings, just tap and hold on the tweak icon. What's especially convenient is the option to quickly reset all settings to their default values, ensuring a seamless return to the original configuration if necessary.

In AppCC's settings, you can modify the Control Center icon using three different options: “AppCC” to display the text, “Window” to use the original window icon, or “Default” to revert to the stock Magnifier icon, enhancing compatibility with tweaks like Plampy UI Control Center.

Tip: To install AppCC tweak on supported devices, use the Misaka Tweak Manager. It allows you to download and activate the tweak on iOS 15 – iOS 16.

AppCC, created by tyler1029, was developed utilizing MDC and KFD exploits. This powerful tweak is compatible with all supported devices running iOS 15.0 through iOS 16.5, including iOS 16.6 Beta 1. You can easily access and install the AppCC tweak through the EPOSbox Repository, which comes pre-installed by default with Misaka. No jailbreak required.
