MagicCFG Windows is a cost-effective and efficient solution that eliminates the need for additional accessories, except for a DCSD cable. This streamlined approach not only reduces expenses, but also significantly accelerates the process. Moreover, on A10 to A11 processors, the convenience of not requiring a DCSD cable adds to the tool's appeal.

In comparison to the original MagicCFG Reloaded utility released for macOS, MagicCFG Windows stands out with its added functionality. One notable feature is its ability to enable Purple Mode (Diagnostic Mode) on your iDevice without the need to run Purple Pro. This unique capability sets it apart, ensuring a comprehensive and versatile experience for users.

Please be aware that this tool is compatible with checkm8 devices running Apple A5 – A11 SoC. It means that you can try this tool with iPhone 5S, iPhone 6S, iPhone SE, iPhone 7, iPhone 8, and iPhone X. Everything newer than iPhone X are not supported with MagicCFG Windows.

How to change iPhone S/N on Windows

To change iPhone serial number on Windows, it's require to use a dedicated tool like MagicCFG Windows. Changing the SN can be required by some iCloud bypass tools to preform an activation. MagicCFG for Windows can also bring the original S/N back.

1. Download the latest version of MagicCFG Windows.
2. Extract the ZIP file on Desktop.
3. Enter DFU mode on your device.
4. Connect your iPhone or iPad to your Windows PC.

   Note: DCSD cable is required for all devices, but for A10 - A11 processors No DCSD Cable Needed.

5. Open MagicCFGWin.exe and click on “Enter Diag Mode”.
6. Save all data of your device.
7. Enter a new iPhone SN (serial number) and click write.
